Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. ELIGIBILTY
Open only to residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older as of 10/01/08. Employees of
First Coast Energy and its "Promotional Participants" (i.e., The Coca-Cola Company, Coca Cola Bottlers,
Daily’s and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and
suppliers involved in this promotion) and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother,
husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step brother, step-sister,
half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or
win a prize. Void outside Florida and where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER
There are three (3) ways to enter this sweepstakes.
A) Beginning at 12:00 a.m. (EDT) on 10/06/08 through 11:59 p.m. (EST) on 11/30/08 Daily’s Reward members
can log on to www.dailysstores.com, click on the sweepstakes link and follow the on-screen instructions to
complete the on-line entry form. Limit one (1) entry per Daily’s Reward Member.
B) Beginning at 12:00 AM (EDT) on 10/06/08 through 11:59 p.m. (EST) on 11/30/08, each time you purchase a
Rockstar product at participating Daily’s stores in the state of Florida and use your Daily’s Reward Card
you will automatically be entered in the random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per Daily’s Reward Card account
per day.
C) Beginning on 10/06/08 until 11/30/08, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name,
street address (no entries using PO Boxes will be accepted), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yy),
plus daytime and evening telephone numbers. (If you do not have a telephone indicate "No Phone"). Failure to
comply with this or any other Official Rules will result in disqualification. Mail entry in a hand-addressed,
business size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed to:

All entries must be received by 12/02/08. Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. No mechanically reproduced
entries permitted. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed,
mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by entry deadline.
3. RANDOM DRAWING
The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 12/12/08 from among all eligible entries
received via Rules 1A, 1B and 1C. Decisions of the judges are final. The winner will be notified by mail.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received via Rules 1A, 1B and 1C. Limit one (1)
prize per family/household.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV")
One (1) Grand Prize:A Rockstar Mini-ATV. ARV: $500. Prizes consist
of only the item specifically listed as the prize.
5. GENERAL RULES
No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local
taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All
materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT
BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION
IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrect or mis-transcribed email transmissions, incorrect
announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage
to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in
connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor
reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy
the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the
administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion. In the event of termination of the online portion of the promotion, a notice will be posted
online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination
and all eligible entries received via Rules 1B and 1C. If a dispute arises regarding the specific individual
entitled to receive prize, entry will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" and any
damage made to the Website will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the
e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other
organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for
the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may be requested to provide Sponsor with
proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the
account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any
use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by
such methods and be deemed tampering. Sponsor not responsible for outdated or incorrect Daily’s Reward Card
data, entries not received by entry deadline or for electronic, network or computer/scanner failures or
malfunctions, cards scanned incorrectly, or other technical errors of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right
to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the
sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security,
or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole
discretion. In the event of termination of the Daily’s Reward Card portion of the promotion, prizes will be
awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Daily’s Reward Card entries received prior to the time of
termination and all eligible entries received via Rules 1A and 1C. For purposes of determining eligibility
and awarding prizes, entries made via the Daily’s Reward Card will be declared made by the authorized account
holder. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized
account holder of the Daily’s Reward Card associated with the account. Any use of robotic, automatic,
programmed or the like methods of participation will void all submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves
the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual
fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official
Rules. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes
permission to the Sponsor and the Promotional Participants to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for
purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize,
winners agree to release and hold Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and their respective directors,
officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability
arising out of acceptance or use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused,
or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion, and the acceptance and use of any prize. By
participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the
judges. Sponsor and its Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error
in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Promotion.
6. FOR THE NAME OF THE PRIZEWINNERS IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER
12/20/08, SEND A SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED (#10) ENVELOPE WITH A WRITTEN REQUEST TO DAILY’S MINI ATV GIVEAWAY
