Daily’s Rewards Terms & Conditions

Please review the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Enrollment, membership and all related benefits of the Daily's Rewards program are offered at the discretion of First Coast Energy, LLP. By applying for and using the Daily's Rewards Tag, the participant agrees that he/she has read, and understands, the current Daily's Rewards Terms & Conditions and is bound by all of them. It is the participant's obligation to keep informed of the latest Daily's Rewards Terms & Conditions as they may change from time to time. A copy of the current Daily's Rewards Terms and Conditions can be obtained at any participating Daily's location.

  2. Daily's Rewards participants must complete and submit the Daily's Rewards Participant Application in order to receive and use the Daily's Rewards Tag.
  3. Points may be earned at participating Daily's locations for qualifying purchases (as specified by Daily's) using approved payment means. Points are issued upon the pre-tax amount of qualifying purchases.
  4. Points will not be awarded for the following purchases: lotto or lottery purchases, money orders, pre-paid products, cash/gift cards or third party services. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of First Coast Energy, LLP.
  5. Participants must present a valid Daily's Rewards Tag to earn points. The tag must be presented at the time of purchase. Points may not be awarded without a valid Daily's Rewards Tag or for previous purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  6. Only one Daily's Rewards Tag per customer. Points may not be combined or transferred between participants.
  7. Daily's Rewards coupons will be awarded based on the number of points earned through qualifying purchases. Daily's Rewards coupons may be redeemed at any participating Daily's location, unless otherwise specified, so long as the reward item is available at the location.
  8. To be accepted by any participating Daily's location or Partner, reward coupons must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged. Duplicates of original reward coupons will not be accepted. Validation of participant details may be required in order to redeem reward.
  9. A maximum of five (5) valid Daily's Rewards coupons may be redeemed per customer, per day.
  10. Daily's Reward coupons not printed within ninety (90) days of earning shall be deemed expired and will not be awarded.
  11. Lost, stolen or damaged reward coupons will not be replaced.
  12. First Coast Energy, LLP is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed points, however these may be replaced at First Coast Energy, LLP's discretion provided customer has completed and submitted a Daily's Rewards application.
  13. First Coast Energy, LLP is not responsible for any errors or omissions with regard to the Daily's Rewards program. First Coast Energy, LLP is also not responsible for any lost, unauthorized or fraudulent use of Daily's Rewards points or for any redemption of Daily's Rewards resulting from unauthorized or fraudulent use.
  14. All Daily's Rewards Tags are licensed by First Coast Energy, LLP and tag ownership does not transfer to the Participant. First Coast Energy, LLP may cancel any Daily's Rewards Tag at any time at its sole discretion. Daily's rewards tags inactive for a period of six (6) months or longer are subject to cancellation without notice.
  15. First Coast Energy, LLP in its sole discretion may (a) change or limit any aspect of the Daily's Rewards program; (b) amend the Daily's Rewards Terms and Conditions, benefits or features in whole or in part; (c) discontinue or replace any rewards or prize with a similar reward or prize of lesser, equal or greater value; (d) modify or terminate the Daily's Rewards program at any, or all Daily's locations at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect outstanding transactions and Daily's Rewards points, and may include but are not limited to, the number of points required to receive rewards, the type of transactions qualifying for points and the types of rewards. Unredeemed rewards points outstanding at the time of the time of program termination will be cancelled.
