Customer Service Representative
The CSR is responsible for providing our customers with prompt,
friendly service and quality products. The CSR performs job functions
to include: ringing accurate register transactions, maintaining the
general appearance and cleanliness of the store premises. The perfect
fit for our team would be someone who is dependable, flexible,
self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while
providing 100% customer service.
Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for managing the
store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager must
master the CSR job responsibilities along with: supervising and
monitoring of employees and company policies and procedures,
controlling expenses, maintaining inventory and ensuring excellent
customer service. The perfect fit for our team would be someone who is
dependable, flexible, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced
environment while providing 100% customer service.
Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for all store operations and must
ensure efficient and profitable results when executing those
assignments. The Store Manager must master the CSR and Assistant
Manager responsibilities along with: employee staffing, employee
relations and development, operations, financials and merchandising.
The perfect fit for our team would be someone who is dependable,
flexible, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
while providing 100% customer service. In addition, candidate must
possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be people
oriented. Previous management experience of convenience operations is
desired.
