Q: What if I forget my tag?
A:
Unfortunately you must have your key tag present at the time of
purchase to have points assigned. Points will not be awarded for past
purchases.
Q: Why didn't all of my coupons print?
A:
The Daily’s Rewards printer will only print 5 coupons at a time. You
simply need to touch your key tag again and the remaining coupons (up
to 5) will print. Repeat until no further Daily’s Rewards coupons print.
Q: Will my points ever be reset or will they continue to accrue indefinitely?
A: Your points will continue to accumulate indefinitely. Redeeming rewards will not lower your total points.
Q: Can I come inside and receive points for a fuel purchase that was paid for at the pump?
A:
Yes, if you forget to use your tag while paying at the pump, you can
receive your points inside. Just ask the team member on duty to reprint
the receipt for your pay-at-the-pump transaction and you will be able
to scan your card inside. You will not be able to get points twice as
points are awarded based on each transaction.
Q: Do the points have an expiration date?
A:
No, points do not expire. However, the rewards have expiration dates of
90 days from the day they are earned and 30 days from the day they are
printed.
Q: Can I check my balance online?
A: Yes: Check Daily's Rewards Points Balance »
Q: Do taxes count towards points?
A: No. Taxes do not count towards points.
Q: What if I forget to use my tag before the light goes out?
A:
Before you leave, ask to have a reprint of your receipt and touch the
key tag again. (Don't worry, the system will not issue points for the
same transaction more than once.)
Q: Can I double swipe and get double points?
A: No, points are awarded on a single transaction only.
Q: Will I receive points for purchasing gift cards?
A:
No, you will not receive points for purchasing a gift card; however,
you will receive points for purchasing products with a gift card.
Q: Are all rewards based on points?
A: No, some rewards may be given out randomly and through the Daily’s Rewards Club Program.
Q: What items are ineligible toward point accrual?
A:
As of 1/1/2009, Lotto or lottery purchases, money orders, pre-paid
products, cash/gift cards, third party services and applicable taxes do
not count towards point accrual. (This list may change without notice.)
Q: Can people (members of the same family) combine points to the same account?
A: No, points are accumulated on an individual basis. Each person must have his or her own account/rewards tag.
